Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional with experience at a real estate developer developing offices as well as other asset classes, who can think strategically and manage operations effectively.

As Development Manager, you will be fully responsible for the (re)development of real estate projects within the WorxEstate portfolio. You will lead the entire process—from concept and feasibility study to delivery and aftercare. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, architects, engineering firms, contractors, and public authorities to ensure successful project execution.

Key Resposibilities

• Full ownership of (re)development projects from A to Z
• Preparation and follow-up of feasibility studies, business cases, and investment files in cooperation with the investment manager
• Coordination of design, permitting, and execution phases
• Management of external partners (architects, engineers, contractors, etc.)
• Budget control, planning, and risk management
• Reporting to the WorxEstate managing director and alignment with WorxInvest
• Active contribution to the strategic growth of the real estate portfolio

Profile

• You hold a Master's degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, or an equivalent field and have at least five years of relevant experience in real estate development, preferably with an office developer.
• You combine strong project management skills with commercial insights and possess solid knowledge of urban planning regulations and construction processes.
• Your analytical mindset allows you to maintain both attention to detail and a strategic overview.
• You are an excellent communicator who is diplomatic and persuasive, and you are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
